David counsels business clients proactively on day-to-day issues including taxes, employment, contracts, and potential liability to prevent litigation. When disputes do arise, David is an experienced litigator. He has tried cases in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Florida, California, and New York, and has represented clients throughout the United States. His clients are plaintiffs and defendants—litigating against Fortune 500 companies, family-owned operations, and a range of entities in between.
David also hosted a talk radio show on WTMJ. During his nearly eight years on the radio, he discussed topics ranging from politics to entertainment—he covered it all. Since his retirement from radio, he reserves the political banter for his law partner/daughter and willing clients.
